At the Plettenberg Equestrian Academy (PEA) we give our students a solid all round equine education, both practically and theoretically, in a fun and safe environment. We base our emphasis on producing students who are knowledgeable, reliable and confident to work in any type of horse yard within the industry. We have highly qualified Instructors ( Level 2 and Level 1) and our student numbers are kept down so that each student will benefit from more individual attention. The Plettenberg Equestrian Academy is a division of The International Hotel School (IHS) which is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a Private FET College (Reg. No: 2009/FE07/077) and is accredited by the (CATHSSETA) (Provider No: 613/P/000012/2004). The programme covers all as aspects of the equestrian industry as required by The Equestrian Qualifications Authority of Southern Africa (EQASA), formerly the SANEF National Instructors Plan.
